How to Schedule a Pickup

Scheduling is simple. Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, decide how often you'd like service, and add any service options or special instructions. Once you submit your order, gather your dirty laundry into a bag and set it out for your driver on the scheduled pickup date. From there, go do whatever you want with your newly free time - on your delivery date, your laundry comes back fresh and folded.

How Pickup and Delivery Is Priced

Recurring weekly or biweekly customers pay $2.19 per pound - the best rate we offer, with a consistent pickup window every time. As-needed, on-demand pickups are priced at $2.49 per pound. Large, bulky items like comforters are picked up for a flat fee rather than by weight, though the applicable order minimum still applies.

Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, select how often you'd like service, and add any preferences. You can also add special instructions through the online scheduling portal - just use the Preferences and Special Instructions fields when you place your order.

Yes, you can pause your pickup and delivery service any time, such as while traveling.

We collect your credit or debit card information when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished and ready for delivery.
