Laundromat FAQ
We're open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a recommended last wash by 9:00 p.m.
Our self-service machines currently accept coins and cash, with on-site change machines available. You can also pay at the kiosk with a credit card or through the Laundry Boss app.
Yes. Friendly attendants are on-site daily to help customers and keep the store clean.
Yes - we have 48 washers and 48 dryers ranging from 20 to 80 pounds, including large-capacity machines built for comforters and big family loads.

Wash and Fold Questions
Drop your laundry off during our designated hours, tell our attendant about any special instructions, and we'll wash, dry, fold (or hang on request), and package your order. You'll get a text alert as soon as it's ready for pickup.
We use commercial-grade detergent and fabric softener as standard, with upgrade options available for hypoallergenic detergent, scent boosters, bleach, and dryer sheets.
Yes - free-and-clear hypoallergenic detergent, along with softener, scent boosters, and bleach, carry a small additional charge over our standard detergent.
Drop-off and pickup are available Monday-Thursday 7am-2pm and 5-10pm. Friday 7am-1pm and 5-10. Saturday and Sunday all day 7am-10pm. at 8650 Meadowbrook Blvd, Suite 136, Fort Worth, TX 76120.
We ask that you please sort your clothes if you would like them washed separately.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, select how often you'd like service, and add any preferences. You can also add special instructions through the online scheduling portal - just use the Preferences and Special Instructions fields when you place your order.
Gather your laundry into a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed and set it out on your scheduled pickup date and time.
Pickup and delivery is planned for Monday through Saturday, with morning and afternoon/evening route windows. Exact days and cutoff times are confirmed by ZIP code when you schedule.
No - you don't need to be home. Just leave your laundry out as instructed and our driver will handle the rest.
Yes, you can pause your pickup and delivery service any time, such as while traveling.
We collect your credit or debit card information when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished and ready for delivery.
Pricing FAQ
Wash and fold is paid in person when you pick up your order at the store.
The card on your account is charged once your laundry is ready to be delivered, based on the dry, finished weight of your laundry.
Yes - a 10-pound minimum applies, or a $20 minimum charge, whichever is greater.
Yes - $40 for recurring service and $50 for as-needed service.
